How to Make Echinacea Tea

1) 1 cup water
2) 1 teaspoon of Echinacea Herb / Echinacea loose leaf tea
3) Teacup and tea strainer
- To make echinacea tea, measure out 1 teaspoon of echinacea tea/herb. Place echinacea herb in a teacup.
- In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of water to a boil. Let it sit for a minute to reduce the temperature just slightly.
- Pour the water over the echinacea herb. Then let it steep for 5-10 minutes. It will usually take longer than the traditional teas like ten to fifteen minutes.
- Strain into a teacup to remove the flowers, root and leaves. The liquid will have a strong yellow color.
Add honey (if you want to little sweet ), ginger or play with other ingredients or different flavors to find your choice of combination.
